”DELUGE SONGS” Video Competition

HOW IT WORKS:

  • Read these rules and if you agree to their provisions click "I agree" and "NEXT". Fill out all the vital information on the following page so if you win we can find you. To continue the process get a Media Marshal account and buy Terra Diablo’s new critically acclaimed record, “Deluge Songs” released by Nocturnal Records as a full album digital download for $9.99 from this website.
  • Enter all of the basic user/contact information as required by the contest entry page.
  • The creator(s) of the TEN (10) best/favorite videos as selected by Nocturnal Records, Terra Diablo and their affiliates will be contacted by a member of the Nocturnal Records staff.
    • Such creator(s) will be required to provide to Nocturnal Records a copy of his/her video(s) on a standard, regionless (Region 0) DVD playable on all standard commercial DVD players.
    • The TEN (10) best videos will be posted by Nocturnal on their website, their YouTube page, Terra Diablo’s website and related websites.
  • The creators of the TEN (10) selected videos will be eligible for one or both of the prizes set forth below.
  • By entering this competition, the creators of the videos are agreeing to grant Nocturnal Records and its affiliates a universal license to use the videos or any part thereof without any further compensation to the creator, his/her affiliates, heirs and/or assigns.
  • The contest begins on February, 11th 2008 with a submissions deadline of April 16th.  The TEN (10) selected videos will then be posted and entrants notified, and the winner(s) shall be selected on or about May 16th, 2008.

AWARDING OF PRIZES:

  • There will be two (2) prizes awarded:
    • GRAND PRIZE: $4,500.00 to the BEST (or most entertaining) video as selected solely by Nocturnal Records, Terra Diablo and their affiliates.
    • FIRST PRIZE: $500.00 to the video from the best TEN (10) videos as selected by Nocturnal Records which has the MOST VIEWS (using a combined tally from the sites it’s officially posted at for the final contest round).
    • Nothing in these rules prohibits one person from winning BOTH prizes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Entrants must be 18 yrs or older.
  • Entries may be for any song on the Terra Diablo record “Deluge Songs” available through this website. In order to enter, you must (i) fill in the required contact information including a digital signature on the page following these rules (which will appear after you check "I agree" and click the next button and (ii) purchase the CD “Deluge Songs&rdquo in a digital format from this webpage (through the "Medial Marshal" delivery and payment portal, whose link will appear as a pop-up once you have filled in your "vital" information).
  • Entrants must obtain all necessary rights and permissions for all material used in each entry, including any and all non-original aspects.  TRANSLATION: Don’t use a video clip, picture, animation, etc that you did not create unless you have received legal permission from the copyright owner.
  • All Entrants must be prepared to submit their video on a standard,  regionless (Region 0) DVDs playable on all standard commercial DVD players. Any DVD required to be submitted must be labeled with the entrant’s name, address and telephone number, as well as the title and length of the entry.  This information should be both on the DVD as well as the outside of any case/envelope.
  • Grand Prize and First Prize cash winning entrant(s) who is/are U.S. citizens or residents will be required to provide their Social Security Number before cash prize can be awarded and be responsible for any income tax payments as may be required by the IRS.  Judges’ decisions are final.
